We’re excited to introduce this one to Melbourne - we can’t find it anywhere! Also known as the ‘Grandma slice’, the Sicilian is a deep-pan focaccia style base layered with cheese and topped with a rich flavoursome tomato pasta sauce, cut into a square slice instead of a triangle.
